    President Gelle has been part of IGAD which has been putting into  practice the policies of Meles Zenawi to divide and Rule Somalia.He accepted the idea to sub-divide Somalia in Clan-enclaves-States like Somaliland/Puntland and never objected to the Colonial and Hegemonic plans of Meles in the last 10 years of his power.Now he came to Somalia to defend and protect his friends of ALL-Ittixad business cartels ,Warlords-drug-barons.with his small contingent of Soldiers but not to fight the Terror group Al-Shabaab or to have a real stability and security for Somalia. Just like the countries of the Horn so called IGAD States he profits from Somalia being a perpetual failed State and has got Somaliland economy under control of Jabuti Business people.  All the companies of Somaliland are registered in the Republic of Djibouti to make business in the World and be recognized .Meanwhile all All-Ittixad bussiness cartels, investments from Pirates, from all over Somalia have  bank accounts in Djibouti like Dubai and they have opened their own Bank and made investments in Real estate,Trade in the range of 200 $million.As you see is not in the interest of the small oligarchy who controls Djibouti to have a federal state,Rule of Law and Democracy in the Somali Republic.If tiny Djibouti is using Somalia like this what do you think big countries like Kenya , Ethiopia and Uganda? Wait and see. 

Why Somalia is "Doomed to break-away Republics"?

Somalia is in turmoil because the Group of the Warlords-Drug-Barons,All-Ittixad business cartels,Organized crimes groups allied and under the Patronage of Meles of Ethiopia would not like to relinquish Power. The "ouster" of the Notorious Speaker of Federal  Parliament Sharif Hassan and the Garoowe meeting in which " nothing" has been solved are all part of the problem. The Speaker who leads those groups allied to Meles would like to have things "as business as usual" by "choosing" the members of  next federal parliament in June 2012  plus electing their own candidate to President and PM.This Sherrif "Sakiin" group enjoys the support and patronage of  Meles and would like to control Somalia and have it under the Hegemony of Meles.But  unfortunately its not clear who will antagonize them and what agenda they will bring forward. The current President seems playing both cards: allied to Meles and trying to be-friend to the other ant-Meles nationalist group.My humble opinion is if in  the Stakeholders of  this process is not included the Somali Diaspora members,the professionals inside and outside the country,Ahlu- Sunna-Aljameeca ,Women percentage in representations,Young people and honest business representatives it will all fail .The Agenda of the Warlords-Drug barons is to control the process and in that way to have the desired outcome.They are trying  to replicate the Ethiopian experiment in Magabhatii of 2004 in Nairobi,Kenya  when the Parliament was chosen by the Warlords-deg-barons allied to Meles. If the International community ,the Arab league and Turkey accept this "Devil" plan from Garowe and the notorious Speaker sits at the Parliament till next June Somalia is" doomed" and at the end the Plan of Meles will succeed to have four   break-away Republics at the end of 2012 recognized by China,France,Iran,Russia all under the Ethiopian Hegemony.Wait and see.

"The new game plan by Warlords-Drug-barons by replacing the Speaker"

The  Political Group of the Warlords-Drug-Barons, the Ittixad Business cartels allied to Emperor Meles have decided that the Notorious Speaker Sheriff Hassan must be replaced and with one of their own. Why? The main reason being that he has made many enemies by bringing Iran and China in the domestic Somali politics. In other words he is being made a "scapegoat" by his own friends. This group is allied with Meles,China and Iran but would not like the whole world to know and they also think that by replacing Sheriff they would placate the West and the International community, Saudi arabia,Arab league and the Somali themselves who are sunny muslims.The other thing is the speaker has became even very powerful for his backers and his image was eclipsing the one of the President Sheriff Ahmed who himself is part of this Group allied to Meles.Even inside Somalia every persons knows all the corrupt schemes he was part and initiated to defraud Somali coffers of all its Money. Early this Year a report by a Somali-Canadian consultant for the Somali TFG made public all the money the Notorious speaker siphoned when he was Minister for Finance just for two years:200 million dollars. If we include the 70 million in the report stolen by the President and other millions by other ministers at least 350 million was stolen during Mr.Sharmarke Government of two and half years. That is the situation in Somalia and   and this "Cosmetic Change" of the speaker will not change anything unless all the Puppet Leaders are replaced with real leaders and representative of the People citizens and the “Dangerous Hegemonic” influence of Emperor Meles ,Iran ,China and France is made a  thing  of the past in Somalia.Wait and see.

"U.S failure in Somaliafrom 1992-2011"

The U.S government has been prone to the" deception " of Somali warlords-drug-barons allied with Emperor" Meles|" from 1993 when they first came to Somalia with" Restore Hope" intervention in December 1992.From that day till we can say today the U.S politician in charge of East African Affairs are playing "second fiddle" to the Ethiopian Agenda. Regionally to IGAD( an outfit working for the interest  of the Ethiopian regime)  and an African Union which was till recently run by" Gaddafi" and has as a "Manager" a Chinese-Gabonese  elected with Gaddafi money and Chinese and Ethiopian influence.All this groups don't care about the National Interest of the U.S and are "misleading" when it came to the real problems and issues of the Somali conflict. How the U.S can have as a" counselor" and "adviser" Ethiopia which have been the perennial Enemy of the Somali Republic even after the collapse of the Siad barre regime ? The reasons I am writing about this is the Mistakes  of the U.S policies have effected the Nation-building and institution building of the new Somali Federal State. Maybe only the U.S , E.U and the Arab league,Turkey  can save Somalia from the "  Its puppet Leaders" and a regional and Global alliances to dominate and sub-divide Somalia.
Just one example: the U.S have followed blindly the Ethiopians in the Agenda to Sub-divide Somalia in Puntland,Somaliland,Galmudug, Ahlu--Sunna-waljameeca which are clan "dominated" enclaves and "fast tracking" the agenda to have Somalia sub-divided in "Break-away Republics" .Secondly the Ethiopians,U.N Staff, have misled the American when it came to Intelligence on Somali issues like about the power and influence of Warlords-Drug-barons in  Somalia and  as a center for transhipment of Heroin from Afghanistan to Europa/East Africa. More to that  the All-ittixad bussiness cartels which controls the economies of the entire Somali Republic from Somaliland .Puntland and entire South -Central. Now we are at the point were the U.N itself is doing the "job" of sub-dividing" on broad-daylight by calling it the so-called" Road-map".The other story is to get out of the transition next August.How? All this is a game plan by the Warlords-drug-barons,all-Ittixad business cartels Elites which are allied with the new Emperor "Meles" to "consolidate power in Somalia by sub-dividing it in" Break-away Republics".I can say with belief  that the new NGO ALI- Khomeini Foundation of the Republic of IRAN in Mogadishu is more influential of the U.S ambassador for Somalia  in Nairobi when it came to Somali issues. Iran has the taken the places of Gaddafi in influencing and sustaining the corrupt Somali elites( and Maybe re-financing Al-Shabaab) and together with China,France have forged a strong alliance with the warlords Drug-Barons and the All-Ittixad business cartels all over Somalia.The U.S government must go back to the drawing board and put forward a clear- cut policy on" Somalia".Wait and see.

From a very long time lets say from the Opposition movements of the 80' the Ethiopian regime have found the magic formula to sub-divide and control,dominate the Somali-nation-State. That formula is to sub-divide the Somalis in Clan-based concept of Nation-hood in which every clan has his own state as a so-called nation.Think about this : every clan have its own national interest different from those of the Somali nation-state.Secondly he has cultivated a so-called political leaders from those days and later which only think they are the Advocates of the Clan- interest seen as national-interest.The Other dangerous thing is the Regime of Meles has convinced the whole world and specially the West from the 90' that "only him is capable 'of finding a solution to Somali issues.In reality from the 80- his 'own' Somali leaders had the agenda to destroy Somali State together with the All_Ittixad al- Islamiaya so to have a Clan-enclaves-States for future beak-away states.The PM Meles is so powerful in Somali affairs why from the 2008 he made a deal for political protection with the Speaker Sharif group ( compromising the Warlords-drug-barons,Organized crimes ,All,Ittixad business cartels ) that now he is the Absolute power in Somalia.In Punt land and Somali land he is the appointing authority on who rules those so-called States.But the most dangerous thing is Meles has found that the resources of Somalia like Oil and Gas can be used to prolong his rule and that of his Tigree tribe in Ethiopia.How? This can be done by allying himself with China,France and Iran and sub-divide Somalia in break-away Republics which the natural resources can be sold out to those states.Somali land break-away Republic will be given to China and France.The Break-away Republic of Puntland will be given to France,Italy and Australia.The break-away Republics of Azania will go to France with which shares some colors of the Flag,Iran and China.The new break-away Republics of Greater Benadir will be for France,Italy,Iran and China. In that way Meles and his friends in Somalia can Rule Somalia and Meles and his Tribe can Rule Ethiopia 'almost; for Ever.Wait and see.

Why Meles of Ethiopia is "angered" about the agreement between Somalia,Kenya and Uganda?

The Ethiopian government of Mr. Meles allied with the Somali warlords-drug barons,All-Ittixad business cartels is planning as a "counter-action" to the recent trilateral agreement between the Somali Republic and Kenya ,Uganda to fight together the terror group Al-Shabaa a " new invasion" of Somalia..The Policy of the Ethiopians has always been a hegemonic approach to Somalia issues and to sub-divide it in clan-enclaves state regions-beak-away Republics. And from 2008 they started to introduce in the region politics and Somalia their big brother/ally mainly China and Iran. With the influence of China and Iran they were trying to have also a hegemonic approach toward the whole region of the Horn. With the total control of the resources of the Somali republic as Oil &Gas and Uranium which Iran is after and Somalia got in Abundance. The recent developments has angered Ethiopia in a big way because it "cancels" all its" Plans" .Therefore the only way for the Ethiopians is to anger everybody in the region by proposing the sub-division of Somalia as" area " of Invasion and "control". Also they know the Somali/people citizen will be angered by this move and will see in the same eyes Amisom and the Ethiopians which are not liked by the Somalis.I hope the U.N and Arab league, and the International community will tell the Ethiopians that Somalia is a Sovereign country and can decide who will be their ally or friend.Wait and see.

Why Somali Drug-Barons would turn Oil/Gas Barons?How Meles will rule at"iinfinitum" Ethiopia?

The big "connections" this state Nations( China, Iran,Italy and Ethiopia) have with Somalia is being "allied with Warlords-Drug-barons which controls the Somali political system and have as their leader the" Notorious' Speaker of the TFG- Parliament.The mean culprit is Meles of Ethiopia who has brought to power this group of criminals in 2003-2004 at Mbaghati,Nairobi and introduced the Chinese and Iranians to the Speaker to get more "mileage when it came to influence in the region.The Somaliland so-called leaders are lead by Meles in their so-called businessmen deals.How a nation like China can make deals with a-non-existent-State,not even recognized by A.U,U.N? How China can make deals with a region of the Somali Republic? All this is supported and encouraged by the so-called regional power mainly Ethiopia which is desperate and would like Somalia to be divided
in Clan-enclaves-State regions under their hegemony.The other power like Iran has been promised the exploitation of the Deposits of Uranium in the central regions by the Speaker in his last visit to Iran.For Italy is The Italian Mafia which have strong ties with Somali -Warlords-Drug-Barons and sells the re-exports of Heroin from Somalia.Wait and see.

    This above comment I wrote about a month ago or more and I would like to add the New Kid in The Block:FRANCE and Total OIl.The "Azania project has been commissioned Total Oil and the Idea is to have a Brreak-AwayRepublic in the South of Somalia.All this falls in the Hegemonic Plan envisaged a long time ago By Menghiste and taken over by Meles: A Somalia subdivided in Sub-Clan-regions under the Hegemony of Ethiopia.Therefore Meles needs the assistance-political - financial to put in practice this project in the Horn of Africa of this big political brothers: China which is looking for mineral resources and wont to out muscle the Americans,France which from Siad barre time dreamed about Somali resources and Iran which is eager for the vast resources of Uranium in Somalia.I am sorry the Italians are influenced by the connections the Somali-Warlords Drug-Barons have with the Italian Mafia which imports large quantities of Heroin From Somalia which came From Afghanistan and part of it is the financing of Al_shabaab- al_Qaida and sent by the center of the network.Wait and see.

    Ahmed Ali Wardigley I just would like to add that to have an" infinite rule" of the Tigre regime in Ethiopia.And a Hegemonic control of the Somali sovereignty and natural resources by Ethiopia allied with the Somali Warlords-Drug-Barons they need to get make" null and void" of all agreements of Oil and Gas by Somali republic.First let me tell you most of this agreement are with American Oil companies,one British and one Italian.This agreement date back to the 50' ( with the U.N -Somali trusteeship) later renewed with the democratic regime of the 60". During the Siad Barre regime they have renewed officially in 1989.I remember in 2006 the Somali Parliament have acknowledged those agreement within the framework of the Somali petroleum Law.Therefore no French company like Total oil, or Chinese Petroleum company could be given those rights by the Somali governments.But the Warlords-Drug barons who rule Somali politics from the Magabaathi conference of 2003-2004 and their strongest allies Mr.Meles of Ethiopia have rehashed an Old idea.The Old Idea is to sub-divide the Somali Republic territory in break-away regional states Like Azania( former regions of Jubbaland and Gedo plus Bay and Bakol))Puntland,Somaliland, new one to formed that will be called the Greater Benadir or Hawiyaland.In this way this new republics will have a new sovereignty on their territory and national resources.The Plan of Mr. Meles and the Somali Warlords-Drug-Barons all together with the de-facto rulers of Somali land and Punt land is to give the North-west to Chinese companies,Puntland to give to French ,Australian .And south central subdivided between the Chinese and French who will recognize this new beak-away republics.In that way the warlords- drug-barons will be turned into Somali Oil /Gas Barons and their best friends the Tigre regime will change to Tigre Oil/Gas Barons.In that way they will rule the Horn of Africa for at least the next 50 years.What a Machiavellian plan.Wait and see.
