Why Somalia is "Doomed to break-away Republics"?

Somalia is in turmoil because the Group of the Warlords-Drug-Barons,All-Ittixad business cartels,Organized crimes groups allied and under the Patronage of Meles of Ethiopia would not like to relinquish Power. The "ouster" of the Notorious Speaker of Federal  Parliament Sharif Hassan and the Garoowe meeting in which " nothing" has been solved are all part of the problem. The Speaker who leads those groups allied to Meles would like to have things "as business as usual" by "choosing" the members of  next federal parliament in June 2012  plus electing their own candidate to President and PM.This Sherrif "Sakiin" group enjoys the support and patronage of  Meles and would like to control Somalia and have it under the Hegemony of Meles.But  unfortunately its not clear who will antagonize them and what agenda they will bring forward. The current President seems playing both cards: allied to Meles and trying to be-friend to the other ant-Meles nationalist group.My humble opinion is if in  the Stakeholders of  this process is not included the Somali Diaspora members,the professionals inside and outside the country,Ahlu- Sunna-Aljameeca ,Women percentage in representations,Young people and honest business representatives it will all fail .The Agenda of the Warlords-Drug barons is to control the process and in that way to have the desired outcome.They are trying  to replicate the Ethiopian experiment in Magabhatii of 2004 in Nairobi,Kenya  when the Parliament was chosen by the Warlords-deg-barons allied to Meles. If the International community ,the Arab league and Turkey accept this "Devil" plan from Garowe and the notorious Speaker sits at the Parliament till next June Somalia is" doomed" and at the end the Plan of Meles will succeed to have four   break-away Republics at the end of 2012 recognized by China,France,Iran,Russia all under the Ethiopian Hegemony.Wait and see.
