In this meeting the Supra-sovereign outfit called IGAD has decided that the Ethiopian Army can came and stay in Somalia whenever they like.Mr. Meles is the new colonial Master of Somalia and in the near future he will sell it in "beak-away Republics" .Let me remind our friend of Kenya and Uganda that they are being used in a "criminal" agenda unless they are "Part" of The Partition" of Somalia.Fighting al-shabaab with out the Somali people/ citizen cannot be successful.Wait and see.
