Visited Tripoli with a delegation made of him, Mr. Morgan and the son of Siad barre Maslah almost 9 months ago and they have been financed by Gadafhi regime to the tune of 10 million dollars of that time.Mr. Abdilatifh went to Addis Abeba after that visit and gave part of that money to the Tigre Regime in exchange of the so-called presidency of River State .The other guys started a so-called political party called the Democratic Party .Everybody in Eastleigh which is "politically connected" can tell you about this macabre story which 'explains" the corruption,war- lord-ism and how the Tigre regime sees Somalia and its people-citizen.Wait and see.

Yesterday the so-called President of the TFG in Mogadishu has told Somalis on the speech for the New year that the Impeachment/sacking of the Notorious Speaker Mr. Shariif Hassan is Illegal and Null and Void.The problem in Somalia is first nobody respects the Law or cares about it and secondly the so-called president is not a Judge which rules on the merits of the Law and on a request of the contending parts. The real story is that the President first liked the idea of getting rid of his former friend and all was also agreed with Emperor Meles of Ethiopia which is the real boss in Somali Politics.But after the Garoowe meeting in which Mr. Farole of Puntland and the Two Sheriff met at closed doors things have taken a new turn.Why? What is the rationale of this change of mind? The pundits of Somali politics are saying that other patrons bigger than Meles like the Iranians,Italians,Chinese and the French governments have weighed heavily on Meles and the President of TFG that the Notorious Speaker must be at his place unless all the mosaic of intricate sub-alliances and plans of the future parliament will tumble with Chaos.In other words all this Foreign Powers  are saying  the Speaker is" their man "and without him their plans for Somalia will be in danger specially the strategic alliance between the Speaker group of Warlords ,All=Ittrixad Business cartels and Iran/Ethiopia/China.The Speaker is the spokesman of this groupings and the Emperor has been told that till June/July of 2012 the Speaker must be at his place.After the new Parliament have been inaugurated in August 2012 and their" new puppet leaders-parliamentarians" are in place the Sherrif Speaker will retire.The "game plan"is to have this MPs choosen by the Speaker and the President plus Mr.Faroole and the others so called regional authorities.Also they will choose a constituent assembly of 1000 individuals: all "puppet leaders' representing the interest of this groups which are loyal to Emperor Meles.With the new parliamentarians chosen by this groups of Warlords-Drug-barons,All-Ittixad business cartels(represented by the Speaker and the so-called President) they will elect the next President and Speaker between July and August 2012.In that way in their plans with a new constitution in place they will declare that the Transition is over and Somalia has a legitimate government.That so- called legitimate government which from the beginning will be a failed one  and powers subdivided in Regional warlords will start to re-assign the Oil and gas rights and sell them to their new big brothers mostly Iran,China and France which all along have  waited in the wings for a very long time. I remember during Mr.Sharmarke premiership the Minister for Oil and Gas tried to cancell the rights of the Americans and British passed under a new law just in 2006 by calling for a new bidding system  to allocate those Bloks rights.At that time the Ambassodor in Nairoby of the U.S told Mr. Sharmarke that he was doing something illegal in International law.Fortunaly for the Americans Mr. Sharmarke was not informed for all game plans and was not a trusted man of this group. Anyway the process was stopped at that time and the Minister relocated to another portofolio but this time the arrangements will be different.

The Ethiopians which are the real "Planners' of all this have another plan under their sleeves:to sub-divide Somalia under spheres of influence and break-away republics if things don't go as they would like. Wait and see.

First of all I would like to say is another blow to Somalis coming into the new year.I remember that in the year December  2006 the Ethiopian army invaded Somalia but after three Years they left Somalia worse then it was.The Ethiopian are not there to do Nation Building,Institution Building  for Somalia but to divide the Somalis into Bantustan-Clan enclaves that they wold like to call Somali break-away States in the near future.Yesterday a young man called Abdfathah has been installed as Puppet leader by the Meles regime as the President of Shabelle River State(another fictitious puppet State).The so-called Somali government of Mogadishu has agreed with their Master Meles "to be assisted in the fight" against AL-Shabaab but not to have another so-called clan mini state-Buntustan type to sub-divide Somalia.The main strategic - reason  of the invasion is to have by middle of this year the total subdivision of Somalia in mini-clan-Bantustan enclaves all over Somalia.Already we have Somaliland ,Puntland,  Azania is in the pipeline and others will come.  Meles does not like the the So-called Road-map started by the U,N to bring together  the so-called authorities made by him  in the last twenty years and have a so-called failed- federal state in mid August. All this Blah- blah of fighting AL-Shabaab is  fake, For the regime of Meles Al-Shabaab is needed to control Somalia.Without al-shabaab there will not be any justification to interfere into Somalia, infringing on the Sovereignty of Somalia.The Regime of Meles is an authoritarian-militaristic type and to control the Somali region of Ethiopia and the different nationalities of Ethiopia the Tigre( they are 5 million within a population of 75 million)  the  Regime needs instability in Somalia.To wrap all Meles  needs to exploit and use in the future  the vast deposits of Oil and Gas of the Somali region of Ethiopia and of the Somali Republic for the long term interest of the Tigre Therefore he must sub-divide Somalia in Bantustan-mini-Clan enclaves under his Hegemony and the rights of Exploitation given to China, France,Iran,Italy,Russia  countries which will give him the political protection to Rule Ethiopia and Somalia for ever. I use the word for ever because the mind of Meles is modeled on Emperor  Haile Selassie power structure,and vision of the region and the world. Wait and see.
