#UAE Government Meetings for Somali #CLAN #ENCLAVES Leaders.A short Analysis Part 1.

I did not write for some time on my blog for the simple reason that I thought that I had almost answered all pertinent questions and answers about the so-called tragic Somali Issues.I decided to rest till things maybe start to change.I also had some problems with my "legal status" as a person  in Kenya. Now with the so-called election/selection by Clan communities of new members for the so-called Somali  Federal Parliament and the crucial election of the Somali Republic next President all in this year or next January things are looking some how changed for different reasons . 
More importantly it looks even the Political landscape in the Horn of Africa is on the verge of a new political paradigm.What I mean and hope  is the Political upheaval going on in ETHIOPIA will bring a political Change in the long term for the sub colonizing Agenda of the Tigre Regime for the Somali Republic. The Tigre Regime of Ethiopia has started taking back some of its Armies- specially those well trained Tigre officers - and I hope in the long run it will realize that its policy toward Somalia has totally failed. But for them to recognize their wrong policies we have to wait for a change in the internal political dynamics of ETHIOPIA  Will Ethiopia become more democratic with Rule of Law  and respect Colonial Borders and give up on its sub colonizing  Agenda for Somali Republic? Or will continue in its "Old school" politics for Somalia which started from the days of Menelik, Haile Selassie, Menghistu and continued by Meles Zenawi and the recent regime  of subdividing and sub colonizing the Somali Republic  to get the vast reserves of OIL and GAS offshore and onshore inside the Somali Republic? The puppet Clan Enclaves Leaders made by  Ethiopia- called President- for Somali Republic are already feeling the repercussions of the Oromo protest inside Somalia and started asking where they will get the next Protegee.Did the EU and US be more assertive in their dealings with the African Union, IGAD  and Ethiopia vis a  vis Somalia? Will some Arab countries to whom Somalia sees as brothers will change their Old politics of supporting the Somali Salafist movement particularly the Somali Salafist Business Cartels in their Agenda to have influence and hegemony in Somali Republic? Will  they Change some Arab- rich individuals  who profess to be Salafist themselves who support the Salafist Jihadist part of the  Somali Salafist Movement? And start  supporting  a democratic Somali Nation State with Rule of Law  in a devolved federal system part of the Arab countries and Arab League? All this Questions and others more radical like the emergence of the dreaded terrorist group #ISIL inside Somali Republic ( some factions of the extremist/Jihadist group #AlShabaab have declared allegiance to #ISIL in north est of Somalia region of Puntland and in Jubbaland region making the Salafist Jihadist groups based in sub-Clans territory and membership) are being asked at this meeting by #UAE government with the Somali Clan Enclaves Leaders in DUBAI this last week. I believe the Arab countries have came to know that the Somali Salafist movement- specially the Somali Salafist Business Cartels with their allies the Drug Cartels/ Organized crimes groups- has had a historical political convergence and strategical alliance with the Tigre regime of ETHIOPIA. For a very long time some members of the Somali Salafist movement started in the 70" in Somalia had relationships and links with the Menghiste regime and later was reinforced during the Meles era to become a strategic  alliance which  its main aim was to subdivide Somali Republic in Clan Enclaves where Elite Clan Puppet leaders allied to Ethiopia  control the political spheres and the Salafist Business cartels the entire economy of this so-called Lands who will become a real sovereign states in the long rum.See my post like "OIL and GAS,Clan Enclaves and ETHIOPIA- IGAD Hegemony" and "Who are the Business people of Somalia" and "Short rebuttal to Matt Bryden interview......"and " For the New PM of Somalia : Lessons from the recent past".
In Somalia from the 90" there were two political groups running the show : 1) the Clan Elites Political Leaders who became Warlords instigating civil strive and fraternal civil wars and 2) the Somali Salafist movement who were made of different sub groups but the most assertive were the the Salafist Business cartels/Organized crimes groups and the Salafist Jihadist in the movement like #AlShabaab which now is subdividing itself in sub Clans groups and some swearing allegiance to #ISIL.The Arabs like Ethiopia were part of the problem of Somalia because by religiuos links they were linked to the Somali Slafist movement.Now if the #UAE  government tries to change things they are very welcome  but the Somali people-citizens must be involved and Somali civil societies .The Clan Elites Puppetb Leaders are sons and part  of the strategic Agenda of the ETHIOPIA-IGAD states and cannot solve or bring forward Change in Somalia. Any agenda for change which is not based on the real National interest of the Somali Republic will fail.Only real Leaders who reppresent the totality of Somali citizens can bring change.Wait and see.

Why #AlShabaab has attacked the Central Hotel. and the symbiotic relationship of Tigre intelligence,,the Somali SalafistBusinessCartels with AlShabaab.Wait and see.

           Friday 20/02/2015 the criminal attack at one of the landmarks of Mogadishu: the  ex-chinese Embassy and annexed appartements in front of “Hawo Taako” monument destroyed by the warlords  now renamed Central Hotel must be seen in the contest of ‪#‎Somali ‪#‎Conflict" and the struggle of ‪#‎supremacy of ‪#‎Alshabaab,the ‪#‎SalafistBusinsessCartels and the ‪#‎Tgre Intelligence- which is housed  at the Ethiopian Embassy within the compound of the Presidency and coordinates the undercover operations of Ethiopia.It was an attack aimed at two groups: the Elites from Somali Diaspora and specially those from the Somaliland, Khatuma state regions of Somalia which usually gather at that Hotel. The Hotel is owned by one of the richest and oldest families of Hargheisa the Jirde family. The attack was specially directed at the deputy PM Mr. Arte and his own entourage and MPs from Somaliland region.You will ask why aiming at this group.? First let me give you a short time line about the whole Somali conflict and specially in Somaliland region.. The game Plan of ‪#‎ETHIOPIA-‪#‎IGAD and the ‪#‎SalafistBusinessCartels to subdivide Somalia in Clan ‪#‎Enclaves‪#‎sectarian system is being rejected by the same Clan communities it was made to subdivide and make enemies .In the Somaliland region the regime has been rejected by the Clans of Khatumo State  who declared themselves  part of the Somali Republic and the Clans of Awdal are almost waiting for the right moment to rebel. Within the Clans of the central regions who are the Clan Blood lineage Ruling Elites of Somaliland there is division on how they see the future of the region and the ETHIOPIAN Agenda blow back in the future for their Clans and the regional #SalafistBusinessCartels hegemony .Just like in all of Somali Republic their‪  #‎Economy is controlled by few ‪#‎subClans Elites part of the Somali #SalafistBusinessCartels fighting over supremacy and in the political sphere only one sub-Clan blood lineage Elites puppet Leaders has accumulated all power specially in the administration,executive and security services. In this contest the coming of Mr. Arte to Mogadishu capital of the Somali Republic and his appointment as deputy PM is a big blow to the ETHIOPIAN Agenda to have separate sovereign Republic Clan-Enclaves in Somaliland region and the  Ruling regime of Mr. Silanyo in Somalialnd region. But where #AlShabaab is in this ‪#‎picture? My own analysis which you can get from my posts at "wardigley.blogspot.com" is the following.‪ #‎Alshabaabi is part of the Somali ‪#‎Salafist ‪#‎Movement just like the #SalafistBusinessCartels,Organized Crimes and the Preachers,scholars,NGOs in Education,Charities, and some Mosque Imams.Therefore there is always some members or groups within the Somali #SalafistBusinessCartels which have close relations with #Alshabaab which represents the most Radical and ‪#‎Jihadist group in the movement. But also the same‪#‎SalafasitBusinessCartels have a strong ‪#‎alliance with the #ETHIOPIA-IGAD countries to ‪#‎subdivide ‪#‎Somalia in ‪#‎Clan-Enclaves Blood lineage and have the total control of the economy in all over Somalia. Mr. Mohamed Omar Arte the deputy PM being part of the political federal system for Somalia – he  is now injured  but safe-is a big blow to the sinister agenda of both the Salafist Movement specially the Business Cartels and the #ETHIOPIA-#IGAD agenda for #SOMALIA. The Deputy PM ,his friends politicians and all those from Somaliland region has broken the rules of the game made by ETHIOPIA and the Salafist Cartels. And with the international community- read the West,the Arab /Muslim World having a second look at Somalia things are not "Business as usual" for ETHIOPIA.. #Alshabaab linkage with the Salafist Business Cartels makes easy to kill everybody -using Alshabaab system- who is against the policies of #ETHIOPIA and the #SalafistBusinessCartels.Read my post " Who are the Business people of Somalia" and "For the new PM of Somalia: Lessons from a recent past of December 2013" and also “ Short rebuttal to Matt bryden interview ..June2013.”. My Conclusion is: there is a symbiotic relationship between the Somali SalafistBusinessCartels,Tigre intelligence and Alshabaab.If you read also my post titled “ the Criminal motives behind the Car-bombing of Ahmed modobe.." you will see also the working methodology.The main strategic goal of the Tigre regime of ETHIOPIA and the  Somali SalafaistBusinessCartels is to control the resourece of Somalia specially the vast reserves of OIL and GAS. For that reasons the US,EU, and the Arab countries who themselves used to finance and support ideologically  the Salafist movement  of Somalia are out of the game. Somalis must be subdivided in Clan Enclaves sectarian system like Republic of  Somaliland,  Puntland, Jubba regions,South West region ect who are under the Hegemony of ETHIOPIA and IGAD countries. The Somali  Con-federal state called federal state will be an out fit which will share some powers between this  sovereign states as planned by ETHIOPIA.  The Salafist Business Cartels   which have  total control of  the economy,education,health,Trade,banking,utilities,Agriculture etc and  has influence already  on some of the regional state stricture like Ports,airports, taxation policies,security like Police  and central government will in future be part of the exploitation of the OIL and GAS. The Salafist Business cartels will be able to finance secretly the Global Jihadist groups and ETHIOPIA-CHINA-IRAN will be the Hegemonic powers in East AFRICA/Horn of Africa and specially Somali Republic. Who controls the OIL and GAS of  Somalia will control Horn of AFRICA.Wait and see.

It’s SOMALIA Federal Government on the BRINK of IMPLOSION? Part 1.Wait and see.

        If we read Somali media in these days it seems all Déjà vu.  After 25 Octobert 2014  the day the reshuffle was annonced the  usual infighting between President and PM of the Somali Federal government started  going at full speed with all the recrimination, accusations on the FM radios and specially the BBcsomali.com and the VoaSomali .com,Somali websites etc. But to all accounts things are very different from past infighting's although the form is the same. Now the international community looks more united , involved - speaking openly-specially the UN, EU on the issues at stake of the reshuffle and supporting the PM reshuffle , while the Ethiopian government and IGAD countries  are siding with the President. The US is silent but every body assuming  they are   siding with the International community and the UN. Also silent are Turkey and Qatar which  I suspect are-mistakenly- siding with the President but U.A.E and Saudi Arabia I do not think they  will ever accept a Somalia controlled by ETHIOPIA and a bunch of Salafist Business Cartels allied to Organized crimes. The main  issue is the reshuffle of some  ministries made by the Somali PM Abdiweli Sheik Ahmed  and the one specially on  the now "infamous" Minister for  Justice and Constitutional Affairs.This Minister Mr. Abdulkadir Farah  is of a unique  "specimen" in the Somali political kaleidoscope.He is a well know  as a so- called Salafist-secretary general of the Salafist party  so-called Damu Jadid (New Blood) and in the same time "very Close" ally of the Tigre regime of Ethiopia. This party unofficially is the one who fundraised and collected money from Kuwait foundations ( to whom was working at least for the last 15 years before he became politician and  Minister in 2012),Qatar organizations, who where used to finance the Election of President Hassan Sheik in 2012. Also he  is the main point man of the sub colonization of the Somali Republic, the subdivision of the country in Clan-Enclaves( he was behind and signed the so- called "Addis-Ababa Agreement" for the Jubba regions which is a total failure and rejected by the Clan- communities of that region ) based on sectarian system and more importantly of the change of our legal system in a subtle way-.read my post " The Rule of Law or Rule of Militant Salafist ". While I was writing this article on Friday 07/ November it came in the news that the a Motion of no-confidence for the PM will be made on November 08 2014. Before I give my take on the main issues of this  controversy and infighting let me make a short timeline of past events between PM and Presidents and the usual power struggles and manipulation of ETHIOPIA in the Somali so- called political system.. From 2000 when the IGAD group run and used by ETHIOPIA for the sub colonization of SOMALIA  started being  the main architect in the institution Building of Somali State this infighting was part of the Somali political “system”. It was mostly engineered by the Tigre Regime of ETHIOPIA and the Somali Local  political-economic actors like  the Salafist Movement represented by the Salafist Business cartels, their Close allies the Somali Organized Crimes groups- part of the Business community and Elite politicians- and the Somali Elite Clan puppet Leaders who usually defend, promote the interest of ETHIOPIA and IGAD countries( to know more read my post called " For the New PM: lessons from a recent past" of December 2013.). We have witnessed the infighting between President Abdullahi Yusuf and his two PMs in between 2004-2009. We have also seen the infighting between President Sheik Sharif Ahmed and his two PMs like Omar Abdirashid Sharmarke  and Mohamed Abdullahi  “Farmajo”. Every time one prime Minister was ousted and replaced by another. As the pundits at BBCSomali.com said it was an average of one PM per year from 2000 till today.President Hassan which everybody expected to be different –being an academic with a long experience and connections with the West- but looks he is worse or the same pasta of all the other past Presidents. He is ousting his second PM, the first Shirdoon was ousted when he tried to replace this same Minister Mr. Farah Abdulkadir. Here I am not accusing past and present presidents to be bad or good but everyone was conditioned and pressurized by the local interest  groups- mainly the Salafist Business Cartels and the Elite Clan puppet leaders  to whom they were linked as Leaders and individual politician.  President Abdikassim was an Al-Islah-moderate Islamist  group member,former Minister in Siad Barre regime who was disliked by ETHIOPIA by being also a Nationalist who  disliked ETHIOPIA and IGAD countries monopoly in Somali National Politics. His PM was a pro- West academic Mr. Ali Khalif  Galayr who also disliked the Ethiopian interference and control. .The others who followed were just mere puppet Leaders there for opportunistic reasons.President Abdikassim  came there by default.It was the only time the Ethiopians were outsmarted in the making of Puppet Leaders for Somalia.All other conferences and so- called elections were controlled and manipulated by ETHIOPIA-IGAD.  At the Carta conference the IGAD group  mainly Ethiopia was for the other candidate Mr. Abdullahi Addow  in the Presidential  race but the conference Clan  MPs-delegates  elected Abdikassim supported by the Somali Salafist Business Cartels  who were financing the conference, facilitated  its outcome together with the Djibouti government.The Clans Blood Lineage are all the time used  to be the main system to choose the President and PM.After it was the  Magbati, Nairobi conference of 2004  in which the Clan based MPs elected Abdullahi Yusuf (2004-2009)  a Colonel who was one of the founding members of the Clan based opposition groups the S.S.D.F who later in 2008 will become first  President of the second Clan- Enclave administration of Puntland. in 2008. He  believed  that with military force and the assistance  of the Ethiopian-Tigre  Armada which will be permitted to invade Somalia, Somalis can be ruled  with Iron fist and the Salafist movement- the islamic Courts Union and Al-Shabaab - subdued or eliminated.. But unfortunately his own PM  Mr. Prof. Ali Mohamed Gedi who was there thanks to Meles Zenawi regime  was against him from day one.Secondly he came to realize that his best friends the Tigre Armada of Ethiopia   were there to recolonize Somalia and not to fight Al-Shabaab and the Islamic Courts Union.His second PM has more sympathy  to ETHIOPIA Agenda  and they did not like each other because he had Presidential ambitions.

The Time of President Sheik Sharif Ahmed.

        President abdullahi Yusuf was changed before his time was up.The Tigre regime of ETHIOPIA has its political  game plans.They made a political deal in 2009 arranged by the Somali Salafist Business cartels/Organized crimes ( read my post of july 2014"Endemic Corruption? Somali Republic is base to Organized crimes/Drug Trafficking groups from at least last 23 years.") with some members of the now disbanded Islamic Courts Union and some of the so- called members of the  Parliament who used to be so- called "rebels" and who were relocated in Asmara.Eritrea. The deal with Ethiopia was made by Sheik Sharif Ahmed -former number 2 of the Islamic courts Union- who will became President in pre- arranged presidential- Clans MPs Election in Djibouti,Djibouti Republic  and Mr. Sharif Hassan- best friend of ETHIOPIA and IRAN- who will became the next Speaker of Parliament. This regime will be from 2009- 2012.
